Putin's 'Gas' Remark to Pashinyan

European gas prices reach around 600 dollars per 1,000 cubic meters, stated Vladimir Putin. During a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on April 1, Russian President Vladimir Putin revealed that in Europe, gas prices have risen to more than 600 dollars for 1,000 cubic meters.

“Today, you know, energy prices, for instance, gas prices in Europe amount to more than 600 dollars per 1,000 cubic meters, while Russia sells gas to Armenia at 177.5 dollars per 1,000 cubic meters,” Putin emphasized, noting that the discrepancy in energy prices between Russia and Europe is considerably large.
