Netanyahu Congratulates Trump: Iran Fails Again

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has congratulated U.S. President Donald Trump on the rescue of an American pilot. “This shows that when free societies display courage, they resolve to confront seemingly insurmountable obstacles and triumph over the forces of darkness and terror. This rescue operation reaffirms the sacred principle that no one remains alone. This is a shared value that our countries demonstrate time and again,” stated the Israeli Prime Minister.

Earlier, the U.S. President announced that the pilot of an F-15 fighter jet downed in Iranian airspace had been rescued. According to American officials speaking to Axios, a complex and comprehensive operation was carried out. It was noted that all participants in the operation, including the pilot, are now outside of Iranian borders.

At the same time, it is recalled that Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has denied Washington's statements regarding the pilot's rescue, claiming that the operation was a complete failure and that the Iranian side had shot down two U.S. helicopters and two military transport aircraft.
