Ukraine Has a New Plan: Russia Will Be Forced to End the Conflict
The Ukrainian government has introduced a three-phase plan aimed at compelling Russia to cease hostilities, as reported by Ukrainian media outlets. The initiative was presented by Ukraine's Minister of Defense, Mykhailo Fedorov.
The first phase focuses on the defense of Ukraine's airspace. According to Fedorov, protecting the civilian population and critical infrastructure from Russian attacks is a top priority.
The second phase aims to stop Russia's advances on land, at sea, and in cyberspace. The minister noted that Russian troop losses in the Donetsk region average 156 personnel per square kilometer, and Ukraine aims to raise that figure to 200.
The third phase is directed at increasing pressure on Russia's economic sector. Fedorov emphasized that military operations will continue as long as Russia has sufficient resources for ammunition, soldier payments, and propaganda, with oil being the primary source of these resources.
