Cuba on the Brink of Collapse, Trump Seeks Agreement with Them

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that Cuba is in a state of collapse, adding that the United States is engaged in negotiations with the country's leadership to reach an agreement.

“Cuba is in a state of collapse... We are having discussions with the people of Cuba, with the highest-ranking officials in Cuba, so we will see what happens,” Trump told reporters.

The U.S. president suggested that after the ongoing discussions, Washington and Havana may come to an agreement.
