Armenian Women Are Not Objects of Self-Validation: Vahagn Aleksanyan

This is Armenia, where women—mothers, sisters, daughters, or simply just women—are subjects of our respect and admiration. This is what Vahagn Aleksanyan, a member of the National Assembly from the Civil Contract faction, wrote on his Facebook page.

“No matter how much money you have in your bank account, Armenian women cannot be objects of your self-validation. Otherwise, you might experience the taste of the resentment of Armenian women and the men who value them, alongside the state,” he stated. “What does it mean to raise a boy, if you've failed so badly at it, Samvel? It’s shameful,” he added.
