The White House Reveals Details on Ukraine Negotiations

The White House Press Secretary, Carolyn Levitt, referred to the negotiations surrounding Ukraine as historic during a briefing today. "This past weekend, a multilateral meeting took place which received little media attention, but was of historical significance as President Trump's team was able to bring representatives from both sides of the conflict to the negotiation table in an effort to approach peace," she said.

The trilateral security working group negotiations, involving representatives from Russia, the United States, and Ukraine, were held on January 23-24 in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi.
