Simonyan Criticizes Armen Rustamyan's Stance on TRIPP

The President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, has published a video on social media. "I watched the press briefing of the Dashnaksutyun and Kocharian-affiliated Armen Rustamyan regarding TRIPP. Such distortion and trickery can only be expected from someone like Armen Rustamyan. The problem lies in the fact that for these people, political existence is only possible when they rely on mourning, war, and pain. A sovereign, free Armenia that is not dependent on any capital is their greatest fear. I promise you, together with the people of Armenia, we will close your chapter forever in 2026," he stated. Earlier, MP Armen Rustamyan from the ‘Armenia’ faction had announced that the declaration signed regarding the implementation of TRIPP has no legal force.
