Putin Receives Invitation from the U.S.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has received an invitation to join the "Peace Council" regarding the Gaza issue, announced presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“Yes, indeed, President Putin has also been invited through diplomatic channels to join this 'Peace Council,'” Peskov told reporters.
U.S. President Donald Trump previously announced the creation of the "Peace Council" concerning Gaza and promised to soon reveal its members. The council includes U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Trump's special envoy Steve Wittkoff, the American leader's son-in-law and investor Jared Kushner, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, World Bank President Ajay Banga, and U.S. Deputy National Security Advisor Robert Gabriel, according to the White House.
