Europe will Surrender, and the US Will Acquire Greenland: Dmitriev

The head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special representative of the President for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, Kirill Dmitriev, has stated that Europe will yield, and the United States will acquire Greenland.

“Europe will surrender, and the United States will acquire Greenland, potentially restoring transatlantic unity to some extent,” Dmitriev wrote on the X social media platform.

US President Donald Trump had announced in February the imposition of a 10% tariff against Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Finland, which would later increase to 25% and remain in effect until a deal for the United States to purchase Greenland was concluded.
