Veolia Water Company Administrative Complaint Rejected

Today, the first session of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia for 2026 included the issue of appealing the decision regarding the administrative liability of Veolia Water Company at the Commission's meeting on September 30.

It should be noted that during the Commission's meeting on September 30, 2025, Veolia Water Company was fined 10 million AMD for violating the provisions of item 136 concerning the supply of drinking water and wastewater services. This violation was related to the breach of the guaranteed water supply schedule published on the Company's official website for the community of Saralanj in Kotayk Province.

Taking into account the findings from the investigations conducted by the Commission, including observations, reports, video recordings, and the documents submitted by the Company to the Commission, it was established that the Company indeed violated the aforementioned guaranteed schedule. Therefore, the Commission unanimously voted to reject the administrative complaint submitted by the Company, leaving the previous decision unchanged.
