I Want to Continue Winning Titles: Ronaldo

Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo, playing for Al-Nassr and the Portugal national team, spoke about his future career plans during the Globe Soccer Awards held in Dubai, where he was awarded the title of 'Athlete of the Year' on December 28.

“It’s a great pleasure for me to be at this gala evening surrounded by so many sports personalities. This is one of my favorite events because I meet incredible people here, including my wife. Continuing to perform at a high level is challenging, but I still have the passion and motivation to keep going. It doesn’t matter whether I’m playing in the Middle East or Europe, I want to continue winning titles and reach that milestone that everyone knows about. I am confident I will achieve this if I stay injury-free. Enjoy the evening and Happy New Year,” Ronaldo's words are quoted by Goal.

It’s worth mentioning that earlier reports had indicated the Portuguese’s desire to reach the milestone of 1000 career goals. Currently, he has a total of 956 goals.
