Snowfall in the Dilijan Region

The Rescue Service reports that the roads in the territory of Armenia are mostly passable. The roads leading from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to the Amberd Fortress and the Kari Lake are closed in the Aragatsotn region. Snowfall is currently occurring in the Dilijan region.

Drivers are urged to travel exclusively with winter tires. According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the Russian Federation's North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepanavan-Mind-Lars road is open to all types of vehicles.
