Finance Minister Comments on Reimbursement Information

Dear ones, in the past two days, there has been circulating information regarding our previous manipulation of people, stating that reimbursements will be awarded within the framework of the mechanism for cashless payments to those individuals possessing ARKA payment cards.

This was announced by the Minister of Finance of Armenia, Vahe Hovhannisyan. "In fact, however, I have thoroughly addressed questions related to this topic during the preliminary discussions of the 2026 state budget. Therefore, I advise those who grasp only part of our statements not to make baseless accusations. The goals are clear: to reduce the shadow economy and simultaneously develop the national payment system," he wrote.
