Strict Conditions to Be Imposed: Avinyan Warns Developers

In a session of the Yerevan City Council, Mayor Tigran Avinyan announced that a decision has been made to differentiate and tighten the criteria for granting privileges to developers who have violated the regulatory standards set by the council, particularly regarding the requirements for installing special networks.

At the same time, the conditions for developers who have properly carried out the installation of networks and furnishings will be improved. According to the mayor, this year there are hardly any, or only one or two developers, who have complied with the furnishing standards. He noted that these developers will receive an extension in deadlines and more favorable conditions, while a different approach will not be applied to others.

“We hope that over time the conditions will become even stricter and that these measures will significantly affect the furnishing standards in the city,” said Tigran Avinyan.
