Russian-American Negotiations on Ukraine May End Peacefully, Orban

The Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban, believes that the Russian-American negotiations regarding the resolution of the Ukrainian issue could end peacefully, despite European resistance.

"It is entirely possible that the Russian-American negotiations will end successfully, notwithstanding European pushback. In that case, with the participation of Ukrainians, a ceasefire will be initiated, and perhaps a more lasting peace will be established. We can be confident in that," Orban stated in an interview with TV2.

Last week, Kirill Dmitriev, the special representative of the Russian President for investments and economic cooperation with foreign countries and the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), held talks in Miami with U.S. Presidential Envoy Seth Wittecoff and Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of the U.S. President.
