Regarding Actions Against Azerbaijan's Interests by Armenia: Milli Mejlis Deputy

The idea of returning to "Western Azerbaijan" should be actively promoted in the country’s universities. Aziz Alakbarli, the president of the Western Azerbaijan Community Council and a deputy in the Milli Mejlis, stated this during comments to journalists, as reported by Azerbaijani media.

According to him, conveying the idea of returning to "Western Azerbaijan" to young students is fundamentally important. "The dissemination of this idea in universities brings us step by step closer to returning to our homeland," he noted.

Aziz Alakbarli also shared that within the framework of the conference titled "Continuation of the Great Journey" held at Baku State University, an exhibition dedicated to "Western Azerbaijan" has been opened. He noted that students can view various historical and cultural materials reflecting the heritage of the region at the booths.

He added that the Western Azerbaijan community has sent 119 letters to international organizations this year. He remarked that these letters have not gone unanswered. "Throughout this year, our 11 documents have been distributed in various languages as official documents of the UN General Assembly and the Committee on Economic and Social Rights." The community has also published 35 statements this year. These statements pertain to actions against Azerbaijan's interests by Armenia and various international organizations. Additionally, seventy-eight meetings have taken place with various foreign representatives.
