124 Criminal Cases Revealed in One Day
The law enforcement units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have revealed 124 criminal cases on December 18-19.
In particular, there were 57 cases of individuals driving a vehicle without a license, or where their license was suspended or nonexistent. Additionally, 9 cases of physical assault, theft of personal property, and 5 cases each of causing bodily harm, discovery of drugs, and forgery of documents were reported. There were also 4 cases of drug trafficking, 3 cases each of fraud and discovery of cold weapons, 2 cases each of confiscation of weapons and ammunition, and illegal circulation of drugs without the purpose of sale.
Other crimes identified include mental coercion, robbery, illegal entrepreneurial activities, hooliganism, bribery, official forgery or negligence, illegal logging of trees and shrubs, possession of property that has left the owner's control, violation of labor protection rules, and unauthorized occupation of land plots.
Three cases of fraud and theft of personal property from previous incidents were also solved. Eight individuals wanted by the authorities have been located, and there was one reported case of voluntary surrender of weapons and ammunition.
In the last 24 hours, 11 traffic accidents were registered, resulting in 12 individuals sustaining varying degrees of bodily injuries.
