Ruben Vardanyan Was Not Arrested in a Hideout, Says Samvel Shahramanyan

It is not only a lie but a fabricated lie aimed at misleading Armenians. This was stated by the 5th President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, in response to reports by an Azerbaijani media outlet suggesting that he had provided the coordinates of the captured officials.

“No one was hiding; Ruben Vardanyan was not arrested in a hideout. He attempted to move via the only route that was possible at that moment. He was not hiding; he was trying to relocate and was captured on the Khakari Bridge,” he noted.
