30-year-old steals 30 sheep, causing damages of around 2,500,000 drams

On December 13, the community police department of Artashat discovered that a resident of Ayrontap village had stolen 30 sheep from a barn located in Dalar village, causing approximately 2,500,000 drams in material damages. This information was provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"The compiled documents have been sent to the Ararat regional investigative department. A criminal case has been initiated. As a result of operational and investigative measures taken, community police identified that the theft was committed by a 30-year-old resident of Yerevan. He has been presented to the preliminary investigation body. Part of the stolen property has been recovered. The investigation is ongoing," the statement said.
