Gold Prices Increase: Details
As a result of the trading session on December 17 at the NYMEX exchange, the following prices for gold, silver, and platinum were established:
Gold prices increased by 0.63% to reach $4,347.50, silver prices rose by 5.65% to $66.24, and platinum prices saw a rise of 3.81%, reaching $1,986.20.
The measurement unit for these prices is 1 troy ounce (31.1 grams).
