Charges to Be Filed Against American Director's Son for Parents' Murder
American director and actor Rob Reiner's son, Nick Reiner, is set to face charges of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of his parents. This was announced during a press conference by Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman.
“Our office will file charges against Nick Reiner. He is accused of the murder of his parents. He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder,” he stated.
According to Hochman, if Nick Reiner is found guilty, he faces the possibility of “life imprisonment without the possibility of parole or the death penalty.”
It is worth noting that earlier reports indicated the arrest of their son in connection with the murders of the renowned American director and his wife.
Reiner has directed around three dozen films, including “When Harry Met Sally” (1989), “A Few Good Men” (1992), “The American President” (1995), and “The Bucket List” (2007), as well as a supporting role in “The Wolf of Wall Street” (2013).
