Car Runs Over Citizen Multiple Times in Nor-Nork, Details of the Incident Emerged

On the night of November 24 to 25, a group of individuals engaged in a dispute-turned-brawl on a street in Nor-Nork. This altercation resulted in a murder. Reports indicated that a group of young men had been involved in the argument, and one of the participants, 31-year-old Boris Arzumanyan, fell to the ground. Upon seeing him lying on the ground, the opposing party decided to run their car over him multiple times, ultimately causing injuries that led to Arzumanyan's death.

It later emerged that Boris Arzumanyan, who was murdered in Nor-Nork, was a candidate for the “Armenia” alliance in the upcoming parliamentary elections. Following the incident, a criminal case was initiated regarding Arzumanyan's murder. However, new updates have surfaced about the case. MediaHub contacted the Investigative Committee, which stated: “During the preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on the murder, public criminal prosecution has been instituted against three individuals. For one, detention has been applied as a preventive measure, for another administrative supervision, bail, and prohibition of departure have been imposed, while the third individual has also been subjected to a prohibition of departure as a preventive measure.”
