No Troops Will Be Present in Donbass Over Time, Ushakov

The Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, Yuri Ushakov, suggested that over time, there will be no troops in Donbass, but there will be a National Guard and everything necessary to maintain order.
"This means that a ceasefire can only occur after the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces. As for what will happen there afterwards, I believe it can be discussed. It is quite possible that there will be no troops present—neither Russian nor Ukrainian. Yes, but there will be 'Rosgvardiya,' there will be police, there will be everything needed to maintain public order and organize life," Ushakov told Kommersant.
