Russian and Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Ministers Discuss Relations between Yerevan and Baku

The Deputy Foreign Ministers of Russia and Azerbaijan have discussed the issue of normalizing relations between Yerevan and Baku. The negotiations between Mikhail Galuzin and Samir Sharifov took place from December 8-11 in Baku during the Russian-Azerbaijani consultations, as stated in a message from the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"A range of regional issues were discussed in detail, including the Azerbaijani-Armenian settlement and the possible support from the Russian side for this process based on the high-level trilateral agreements made between 2020 and 2022," the statement noted.
