If This Isn’t Mockery of the People, Then I Don’t Know What Is: Aleksanyan on the Petition for Reducing Electricity Prices

Vahagn Aleksanyan has published a video on Facebook, in which he particularly mentioned: “The Karapetyan family governed the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) for 11 years, yet during this time, the electricity tariff did not decrease even by 1 dram. However, as soon as ENA lost its license and 5 days passed, the very same Karapetyans began a petition to reduce electricity prices. If this isn’t absurd theater, if this isn’t a tragicomedy, if this isn’t mockery of the people, then I don’t know what it is.”
