Time Will Pass, and All This Dust Will Settle: Arman Tsarukyan's Post

The number one contender in the UFC lightweight division representing Armenia, Arman Tsarukyan, expressed hope that he will still have the opportunity to fight for the championship belt in the future.

"Time will pass, and all this dust will settle. The events that are destined to occur will definitely take place. Everything has its time," Tsarukyan wrote on his Telegram channel.

Recall that on November 22, during the UFC Fight Night 265 main event in Doha, Qatar, Arman defeated New Zealand's Dan Hooker with a submission in the second round.

As it later became clear, Tsarukyan did not earn a title fight opportunity against the reigning champion of the division, Ilia Topuria, who took a temporary break from his career.

After that, UFC President Dana White announced that Paddy Pimblett and Justin Gaethje will compete for the interim lightweight title, and that the winner will get a title fight against Topuria.

The match between Pimblett and Gaethje is scheduled to take place at UFC 324 in Las Vegas, USA, on January 25, 2026.
