Russian Foreign Ministry Accuses Kyiv of Terrorism in the Black Sea
The Russian Foreign Ministry has accused Kyiv of attempting to distract attention from a corruption scandal and disrupt peace negotiations through a terrorist act against a tanker in the Black Sea.
Russia calls on everyone to condemn the terrorist acts carried out in the Black Sea and to assess Kyiv's destructive actions.
