Health Condition of Gyumri Mayor Deteriorates in NSS Isolation: Lawyer

The health condition of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasian has worsened in the NSS isolation facility. This was reported by Ghukasian's lawyer, Zarouhi Postanjyan.

"I am concerned about Vardan Ghukasian's health condition. I urge the head of the penitentiary to come here and show the cell where my client is being held. I have fears that new detainees have been transferred into this cell and I do not know what dangers those detainees may pose. I do not know in what conditions Mr. Ghukasian is being held; he is in unbearable conditions," said Postanjyan.
