Large Fire in the Bazum Mountain Range

On November 28, at 16:29, the crisis management center of the Lori regional rescue department received information that smoke was visible from the upper part of the Sivashakan neighborhood in Vanadzor.

The regional fire and rescue forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. It was determined that the smoke was coming from a grass fire ignited on the summit of the Bazum mountain range.

The fire was managed and contained by 19:19.
