Stepanakert and Other Settlements in Artsakh Targeted Again

Stepanakert and other settlements in Artsakh are being targeted again. This was announced by the spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page.

Yesterday, Stepanakert and Shushi were subjected to rocket fire. "You are capable of nothing else but striking cities; your fight can only be waged against civilian population," wrote Artsrun Hovhannisyan on this occasion.
