Police Prepare Materials on the Theft of a Pipe at Nairit

On February 3, at 19:25, officers from the Shengavit police division apprehended Araik Doghanyan, born in 1971, on suspicion of theft near Bagratuni Street 70. Following operational information, he provided a confession indicating that on the same day, at 19:00, he and an acquaintance named Gevorg had used technical means to cut a water pipe (7 meters long, 50 mm in diameter) entering the territory of the Nairit Plant and attempted to steal it. However, they were unable to complete the theft as they were caught by police officers.
