Moscow Has Received Trump's Plan Unofficially and Is Ready for Discussion, Lavrov
The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has announced that Moscow expects the United States to present the version of the peace plan that Washington considers an interim stage of the coordination process with Europe and the Ukrainians.
Lavrov noted that Russia has received Trump's plan through unofficial channels and is prepared to discuss the presented formulations. According to him, Moscow possesses the version of Trump's 28-point plan and has not seen other alternatives.
Earlier, White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt stated that the U.S. understands that the peace plan needs to be coordinated with Russia.
According to CBS News, U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll, who recently visited Kyiv, is now in Abu Dhabi negotiating with Russian officials in a bid to expedite progress in Ukraine peace talks.
