Vardan Ghukasyan Issues Statement

The Honorary Chairman of the Democracy, Law, Discipline party, Vardan Ghukasyan, currently in the USA, has issued a statement announcing that he is transferring all his powers to attorney Levon Baghdasaryan.

In the statement, Ghukasyan noted that despite the conditions of administrative detention, he continues to receive numerous letters and responses from various countries, which he claims indicates an increase in the ideological movement of the party.

He emphasized that he trusts Levon Baghdasaryan with the exclusive right to represent his and the party's interests, adding that he will lead the electoral headquarters.

Ghukasyan declared that the Democracy, Law, Discipline party, under his leadership, enjoys broad public confidence and has a voting advantage over other political forces. He reiterated his call for politically healthy forces to unite for the sake of the state and the people, and to join the pan-Armenian movement by December 1, 2025.

He stated that after December 1, the list of 131 unified candidates for parliament from the Democracy, Law, Discipline party, the composition of the government, and the presidential candidate will be announced.

It is noteworthy that the Democracy, Law, Discipline party will participate in the upcoming elections as part of a coalition.
