President of Artsakh on Officials Who Abandoned Artsakh

Dear compatriots,

Considering the shameful behavior exhibited by high and low-ranking state officials who abandoned the Republic of Artsakh from the very first days of the war, I assure you that appropriate decisions will be made regarding all of them, including dismissals from positions and, where applicable, other legal sanctions in accordance with the law.

At the same time, I express my readiness to once again provide an opportunity to all those who have realized the full weight of their irresponsible actions and who will henceforth commit themselves to fulfilling their civic duty before the Homeland.
