Norayr Hakobyan Elected as the Head of Masis
In today's extraordinary session of the Masis community council, Norayr Hakobyan, a member of the "David Hambardzumyan Alliance," was unanimously elected as the head of the community. Previously, he held the position of first deputy head of the community.
It is noteworthy that the "Civil Contract" faction did not nominate a candidate for the head of the community this time.
