I will cut off my hands, but I will not shake hands with the opposition: Harutyun Mkrtchyan
The candidate of the "Republic" party for the mayor of Vagharsapat, Harutyun Mkrtchyan, has stated that they will not allow Vagharsapat to become "Gyumri 2."
"I am going for 50+1 percent of the votes," he said in a conversation with reporters. Mkrtchyan added that he would cut off his hands but would not shake hands with the opposition.
