HEC Control Committee Issues Statement

During June, July, and August of 2025, a maximum of 2-3 organizations participated in public procurement with an average ratio. This was reported by the HEC Control Committee.

"This circumstance indicates that the competitive environment is often limited, and if we evaluate the effectiveness, transparency, and credibility of purchases based solely on this indicator, then first and foremost, we must talk about the effectiveness of public procurement," the statement reads.
