Turkey Identifies Possible Cause of Aircraft Crash
The crash of a Turkish military aircraft in Georgia may indicate external interference, reports the "Turkey" newspaper.
The publication stated that the aircraft crashed while in the air, which could result from an external strike or an explosion of ammunition on board the plane.
It is recalled that on November 11, Turkey's Ministry of Defense announced that a C-130 military aircraft from Azerbaijan had crashed in Georgia. According to the ministry, search and rescue operations have began in coordination with Georgian authorities.
Additionally, it was noted that all 20 Turkish service members, including crew members, died in the crash of the Turkish C-130 cargo aircraft near Sighnaghi, close to the Azerbaijan border.
