4-Year-Old Child Drowns in Kotayk Province

A 4-year-old child has drowned in Kotayk Province, Armenia. The information was reported by shamshyan.com.

It was noted that the police received a call about the incident on November 10 at around 8:10 PM. The emergency team from Biurakan rushed to the scene and transported the child, who was in a drowning state with clinical death diagnosed due to cardiac arrest, to the "Abovyan" Medical Center.

It has been revealed that the child, identified as M.A., is a resident of Gegharkunik Province. Police also clarified that the child drowned in the closed swimming pool of a guest house rented by the parents for a daily rate.

A criminal investigation has been initiated.
