During the regular session of the Yerevan Council, the Mayor of Yerevan, Hrachya Sargsyan, raised a question to the director of "Yerevan Electric Transport" LLC, Harutyun Yeremyan, stating: "Mr. Yeremyan, the technical specifications presented for the buses and trolleybuses do not include how the buses will be dried after washing. It has already been four months, and you are failing intentionally; I have no other way to put it. Is there any mention in that specification you provided about how these buses and trolleybuses will be dried? Nothing is written, and you have weakened the parameters. We must get something of quality. We are going to have over 600 buses, and you have set parameters that will not work after a month. Go and write a proper technical specification. I will not spend more than 40 million from the budget just to say later, ‘See, I was right,’" the mayor stated.
