Garik Muradyan Appointed Commander of State Security Service Border Troops by Vahagn Khachaturyan's Decree

President Khachaturyan has signed a decree: “Based on the Prime Minister's proposal, in accordance with the first part of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as the first part of Article 4.1 of the Law on Border Troops, Garik Muradyan is appointed as the commander of the border troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.”
