Kharichev Warns of the Threat of Civil War in Russia

The Head of the Russian President’s Administration, Alexander Kharichev, has stated that the accumulated social, economic, and political contradictions in the country could lead to civil war.

Kharichev made this statement in his article titled "Who Are We?" published in the magazine "Gosudarstvo." He noted that civil war is one of five main challenges facing Russia.

In addition, he pointed out the loss of political, territorial, and cultural sovereignty, depopulation, declining trust in power, the collapse of political systems, and "dehumanization," which could result in Russians being transformed into "consumer subjects."

The Kremlin representative also emphasized that it is essential to form a united and harmonious society to counter such threats. His proposed ideology, "We do not abandon our own," should be based on a "own civilizational code" and protect against the "loss of sovereignty." Kharichev added that there is an urgent need to adopt a law on "patriotic education," which would require state bodies, educational institutions, and organizations to instill a corresponding attitude among citizens.
