Sister and Brothers of 3-Year-Old Tigran Killed in Tsapatagh Transferred to HF

In Tsapatagh village, the sister and brothers of 3-year-old Tigran, who was killed, are currently being transferred to the HF organization, which implements positive changes for vulnerable children in Armenia, reported Mamigon Galoyan, a representative of the Gegharkunik Regional Administration.

As Galoyan noted in an interview with Aysor.am, HF is considered one of the most influential organizations making positive changes for vulnerable children in Armenia.
