Investigation in Kochubayev Case Concluded, Lawyer Says
The investigation into the criminal case against lawyer Alexander Kochubayev has concluded, and the case will be sent to the first instance criminal court of general jurisdiction in Yerevan with an accusatory conclusion. This was announced by lawyer Garik Galeyan.
It is worth reminding that Kochubayev was detained days ago over a Facebook post.
