Member of the Yerevan City Council from the "Civil Contract" faction, Mikayel Khachatryan, wrote on Facebook:
“Well yes, why should Gyumri carry out normal operations, engage in issues of cleanliness, asphalting, and other matters? Who will deal with corruption? Corrupt people.”
