Ruben Mkhitaryan, Member of the 'Our Way' Movement, Detained
Ruben Mkhitaryan, a member of the 'Our Way' movement, has been detained while attempting to calm the unacceptable situation created at the Gyumri City Hall as a human rights defender. Earlier reports indicated that tensions were high in Gyumri, with the Mayor of Gyumri, Vardan Ghukasyan, and seven employees having been arrested.
