The U.S. Proposes a Deal to Iran; No Response Yet from Tehran

The United States is exploring the possibility of a $20 billion deal with Iran, contingent on Tehran abandoning its enriched uranium stockpiles.

According to reports from Axios, the two sides are discussing a three-page plan related to a ceasefire.

“One of the provisions of this project involves the release of $20 billion that has been previously frozen. In return, Tehran is expected to relinquish its stockpiles of enriched uranium,” Axios reports.
