23 Individuals Arrested Near Gyumri City Hall, Ministry of Internal Affairs

23 individuals have been arrested near the Gyumri City Hall and transferred to the Community Police's territorial units. This was reported to the media by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It is worth noting that today law enforcement conducted investigative activities in the Gyumri City Hall, which was followed by the arrest of Vardan Ghukasyan.

A total of eight individuals have been detained in the criminal proceedings, including Vardan Ghukasyan and the city's chief architect, Henrik Gasparyan.
