Video: I Contributed to Nikol Pashinyan Coming to Power, Says Ara Babloyan

The former Speaker of the National Assembly, Ara Babloyan, stated in a conversation with reporters that his interrogation lasted about three hours.

"An investigation is ongoing, and I do not have the right to speak about anything. I have not violated the Constitution or the law. I cannot answer why Gagik Harutyunyan submitted his application early. The only thing they can accuse me of is that I contributed to Nikol Pashinyan coming to power. I declare that, let the law enforcement agencies listen, let them investigate and find out where I have violated and how I have supported," he said, referring to being named a suspect in a criminal case being investigated by the Special Investigation Service.
