It is Known Who Will Accompany Pashinyan to the Holy See

Prime Minister Pashinyan has signed a decision. According to Article 7, Part 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:

1. From October 18 to 20, 2025, a governmental delegation from the Republic of Armenia will be sent on a working visit to the Holy See (Vatican) as specified in the appendix.
2. During the period of this delegation’s stay as mentioned in point 1, the duties of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia will be entrusted to Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.
3. Include the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Holy See, Boris Sahakyan, in the Armenian governmental delegation going to the Holy See.
4. The expenses associated with the Armenian governmental delegation's trip to the Holy See (Vatican) will be covered based on actual expenses with justifying documents, including:
• The daily allowances for Nikol Pashinyan, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, Karen Gasparyan, Armen Kachatryan, Alexander Abrahamyan, Arman Shahinyan, and Tigran Mehrabyan, as well as costs related to the purchase of souvenirs, covered by funds allocated for the maintenance of the Prime Minister's Office.
• The accommodation costs and expenses related to renting representative and transportation services for the individuals listed in sub-point 1, funded by the State Protocol Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
• Expenses for Gagik Vanoian will also be covered by the State Protocol Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
5. The Head of the Prime Minister's Office is instructed to arrange a special flight on October 18, 2025, from Yerevan to Rome, and on October 20, from Rome to Yerevan.
6. The President of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Armenia is to assist the Prime Minister's Office in organizing the flight mentioned in point 5 of this decision.
7. Expenses related to organizing the special flight will be covered by the funds allocated to the “Provision of Aviation Services” activity, under the “Management of State Property” program of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.
